– 2 cl pineapple syryp. Maison Routin 1883
– 3 cl fresh lime juice
– 2 cl egg white
– 8 cl Caliente Lime/Ginger/Chili
– Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.

Garnish with a small chili and/or sliced ginger.

Caliente Mojo

Caliente Mojo

– 1 lime wedge
– 2 tsp. sugar
– Mint
– 6cl Caliente Lime/Ginger/Chili
– Club Soda
– Chili (for garnish)

Muddle a lime wedge with 2 tsp. of sugar and a bunch of mint. Add 6cl Caliente Lime/Ginger/Chili. Top with club soda and stir. Garnish with chili and a sprig of mint.



– ½ bottle Caliente Cranberry/Pomegranate/Chili
– 4 cl lemon juice
– 4 cl sugar
– 10 raspberries

Shake and strain into long drink glasses. Garnish with raspberries.

Caliente Dosa Ivanov Hope


Created by the multi awarded bartender champion Dosa Ivanov
– 3 cl Caliente Chili/Cranberry/Pomegranate
– 3 cl Barrels and Drums Merlot (non-alcoholic)
– 1,5 cl MONIN Salted Caramel Syrup
– 3 dashes Orange flower water

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist



– ½ cl rose water
– 1 cl blackberry juice / -syrup
– 2 cl elderberry juice / -syrup (both undiluted)
– 2 cl fresh lime juice
– 2 cl egg white (love organic!!)
– 6 cl Caliente Cranberry/Pomegranate/Chili
– Ice cubes
– Coconut sugar & vanilla powder (for the rim)

Mix all ingredients (except for the coconut sugar and vanilla powder) in a jar with a lid (or in a shaker) and shake with ice.
Mix coconut sugar and vanilla powder on a plate. Press the rim of the glass into the mixture to rim the edge.
Strain the drink into the cocktail glass and decorate with a rose.

Caliente Daquiri

Caliente Daquiri

– 3 cl squeezed lime juice
– 2 tbsp. sugar
– A handful of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
– 6 cl Caliente Cranberry/Pomegranate/Chili

If you have a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth. Got no blender? Use your mortar and pestle! (If you’re using fresh strawberries, add some ice). Serve in an iced glass and garnish with a strawberry or chili.
